I’m so excited to introduce you to a heartwarming group of characters who are here to guide you through yoga postures, calming meditations, and moments of joy. Whether you’re navigating a tough day or simply want to have fun, your Friends are here to help you feel supported, seen, and safe.

Meet Fice, the brave protector on his surfboard, always ready to lend a hand. Clustine is soft and cozy, offering warm hugs and quiet care from her home in the flowers. Fancy fills the air with sweet melodies to soothe your spirit. Sally, the adventurous caver with her trusty hat light, sticks by your side through every twist and turn. Optty, the wise one, shares thoughtful chats to help you make decisions. April brings calm and comfort when it’s time to rest, brushing hair and holding your hand. And finally, meet Sally’s Dad Butch, the cheerful baker who whips up delicious treats—from blueberry muffins to fresh fruit—and makes everyone feel at home.
