We are a yoga studio based in Covington Township, PA (Kay's Plaza) that will focus on the entire well being of everyone who walks through our doors.
We offer yoga, meditation and breathwork classes, an infrared sauna, red light sessions, Reiki Sessions, artwork from local artists, Banyan Products, Gaiam Yoga Supplies, and private party packages at the studio or at your location.

Hatha Yoga with Nancy is an excellent place for anyone to start or continue on their yoga journey.
Hatha Yoga helps to clear your mind and bring you into the present moment.
The breath is the driver of our postures. We are focusing on our breath and how our posture is from how it feels on the inside when we breathe. The breath used in our Hatha Yoga classes is called ujjayi breath (or ocean breath) and is the driver of our movement in and out of the postures. We envelope the breath around our posture movement. We conclude our Hatha Yoga classes with a guided shavasana, breathe work, and silent sitting. Our Hatha Yoga class is a slower paced class and is very relaxing and de-stressing.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower paced yoga class done mostly on the floor and is good for all levels. We will do 5-6 comfortable postures and hold these postures for 3-5 minutes in a very relaxed state.
In Yin Yoga your body is working from the inside and is very beneficial for your inner body, joints, and ligaments. Our last posture is a guided shavasana to make sure you receive the benefit of all the postures done in class.

Vinyasa Yoga is a slightly more challenging- but still completely approachable where your alignment mentally and physically transform.
